Availability
To live at Branan Lodge, one must complete an application. Upon meeting the Department of Housing and Urban Development (DHUD) guidelines and the facility specific criteria, your application will be placed on our waiting list. The waiting list time varies from 6-12 months depending on availability.
Rates
Rent is determined by your income using Section 8/202 Income Guidelines for the facility.
